When it comes to bread, Scott Molyneaux knows how to go gourmet.
As corporate chef for Great Harvest Bread Company, Molyneaux is always dreaming up new ways to mix and match flavors for stores across the country. “Ideas come from anywhere – magazine articles, sitting on an airplane, it just takes one thought,” he said.
“When we’re creating new breads, we’re also thinking of specific seasons or how to pair them well with items in a sandwich, on the side of a dinner plate or with a healthy spread,” Molyneaux said.

“I’m always looking to see how we can utilize ingredients we already have and bring in fresh, new tastes,” Molyneaux said. “Can we put chipotle in a muffin? Why not? Or hummus in a bread? I say, ‘let’s try it!’
